  Fidelity is a great little bank and I can say that they are top notch. Though it is a small bank in terms of number of branches, there is nothing but quality oozing from the people at the Clemmons branch. For that matter, I can say that all the branches I have visited have been nothing but accommodating and friendly. However, the Clemmons branch seems to have the best people in the banking business. There have been times where they have bent over backwards to help me find services that I needed if they couldn't provide the banking service I needed. I love the fact that you get a real, live, breathing human being when you call their bank! I hate the automated switchboards that can't understand simple commands and then connect you to the wrong department. At Fidelity, a real person answers. What a concept!! Rates are competitive. Service is spectacular. People there are great! What more could you ask of your bank? I left one of the Big Banks & Trusts due to poor service and have been thoroughly pleased with the service at Fidelity.

  Fidelity is our bank of choice for our business. Mandy, Caroline, Randy and the rest of the team are responsive to our needs but with a personal touch that you rarely see in banking. Highly recommended!

  My husband Robert does the banking and it seems like the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I spoke with Randy and it was like he was expecting my call. Very polite young man.
